I can't believe I have gone through so many of those other sewer lines that claim to be heavy duty, flexible, and long lasting. This one is easy to use, heavy duty and I feel it really will last longer than 6 months. Don't buy the others for big bucks, this one is as good or better and extends further than the others I have had.
This is a great sewer hose! Really durable and tough! I like that it collapses for easy storage.
I guess it's OK but my problem is it takes way way way too much force to screw the elbow end into the hose. I mean you practically got to be King Kong.
I have tried numerous brands of RV sewer hoses in my 15 years of working on the road. Some don't make it longer than a couple of months without leaking, and most fall to pieces once they are compacted and then stretched out again. I bought the Valterra Dominator hoses and used them a couple of years in the West Texas triple-digit summers, moved to Ohio for a couple of negative digit winters, then back to West Texas for another few years. I DO have to replace them periodically, but these are well worth the money.
My new travel trailer takes this 15ft hose, plus a 5ft hose and a 10ft hose using a Wye. I have 2 grey tanks and 1 black tank. Most newer travel trailers have three hose connections. This worked great for me.
